The fourth edition of the Manchester Health Series is set to take place on Thursday, 15th October 2026 at No. 1 Circle Square (08:30 – 13:00),
This high-impact morning event, powered by Empact Ventures, is delivered in partnership with Invest Manchester and hosted by Bruntwood SciTech, supported by Global Good.
It will help HealthTech and MedTech innovators to understand and tap into Greater Manchester’s world-class healthcare and life sciences ecosystem of support to scale their impact locally and globally.
Greater Manchester is recognised as one of the UK’s leading life sciences regions, and the October gathering is designed to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and clinical implementation.
Central to the day is Empact Ventures’ signature “Super Connections” support, which provides attendees who register and opt in with at least five curated, warm email introductions to potential partners, clients, funders, or business support—with the Super Connect team staying cc’d in the email chains to help both sides reach a successful outcome.

Kosta Mavroulakis, Founder & CEO of Empact Ventures and Editor-in-Chief of Global Good, said:
“In the year that we celebrated our tenth anniversary at Empact Ventures, we are delighted to bring the Manchester Health Series back to support innovators from the area and beyond. By collaborating once again with iNVEST Manchester and Bruntwood SciTech, we are ensuring that innovators have the ‘Super Connections’ they need to turn potential into real impact across Greater Manchester and beyond.
Nikesh Patel, Business Development Executive – Life Sciences & Healthcare at Invest Manchester, added:
“Greater Manchester is home to a thriving life sciences sector that combines world-class research, advanced infrastructure, and genuine collaboration between academia, industry, and the NHS. Events like the Manchester Health Series are essential in strengthening these connections and attracting new partners to our city region. iNVEST Manchester is proud to support this initiative and help showcase why Greater Manchester is the ideal place for health innovators to grow and scale.”
Mark Davies, Head of Innovation and Growth (Life Sciences) at Bruntwood SciTech, said:
“We are delighted to once again host the Manchester Health Series at our Circle Square campus. The event will bring together local expertise from the Health and Med-Tech sector. We know first-hand, through the many businesses we support across our network, that navigating market access is a complex and often daunting challenge. However, bridging the gap between a great idea and clinical adoption is absolutely essential for bringing both the benefits to patients and allowing the scaling of a successful business. This meeting shall therefore provide the forum to directly address the challenges and provide the insights that innovators need to move their ideas forward.”
The Manchester Health Series is free to attend for clinicians, academics, and tech SMEs. For the full agenda, clinic bookings, and to register for curated introductions, please visit: https://empact.ventures/events/
