Elliot for Water, a social impact startup, has launched a new browser extension that turns your homepage into a productivity dashboard and allocates 20% of its revenue to fund clean water projects. The mission is straightforward: make it easy for anyone to create impact during their workday and bring clean water to one million people.
Elliot for Water is built on a simple idea: helping people stay organised while creating a positive impact. The extension is free to use, generating revenue through strategic partnerships with purpose-aligned brands. It integrates into the way individuals and companies already work, without requiring extra effort. And because it’s part of something people use every day, making a real difference becomes effortless. The extension currently offers essential productivity features as a starting point, with additional integrations and advanced functionalities being developed for future releases.
“Our goal is to build something genuinely useful that helps people stay productive while creating sustainable impact,” said Andrea Demichelis, Founder and CEO of Elliot for Water. “We want impact to be effortless, integrated into your daily routine. With Elliot for Water, productivity isn’t just about getting things done; it’s about knowing your work creates progress for yourself and the world.”
Elliot for Water is already working with several partners and sponsors through its Business Pilot Program, helping them combine productivity with impact or advertise through the dashboard. Companies interested in joining as pilot partners or platform sponsors can register their interest through a dedicated form on the Elliot for Water website. Among the first organisations to support the initiative is Empact Ventures, who co-design the Super Connect for Good competition and the Global Good publication, and investor in Elliot for Water.
“Tech for Good has always been part of our DNA at Empact Ventures, through initiatives such as Super Connect for Good and Global Good,” said Kosta Mavroulakis, Founder and CEO of Empact Ventures, and Editor-in-Chief at Global Good. “Elliot for Water is exactly the kind of innovation we are proud to support: a solution that brings productivity and purpose together in a seamless way. Its model shows how companies can integrate impact directly into their daily workflow, effortlessly and at scale.”
Through its model, Elliot for Water allocates 20% of all revenue to clean water projects delivered with its NGO partners, including WellFound, a UK charity focused on providing sustainable access to safe water in rural African communities. Together, Elliot for Water and WellFound have already completed a clean water project in Guinea-Bissau, bringing safe drinking water to a village of 340 people with millions of litres of clean water delivered: a tangible step toward the goal of reaching one million people.
Elliot for Water’s technology is powered by Fidsy, also an investor in the company. Fidsy is an AI-native data and workflow orchestration platform that enables teams to design, build, and iterate AI agents and business processes with speed and precision. Using Fidsy’s platform helps Elliot for Water stay focused on its mission. A clear example is the development of Elliot Pro, a premium version designed for professionals who want advanced tools to manage focus, goals, and impact within a single workspace.
Elliot for Water is now available for download at www.elliotforwater.com, where individuals and companies can start using the extension for free. By adopting the platform, users can make every task, project, and goal part of a wider mission to bring clean water to communities worldwide.
